Abdominal Massage/Chi Nei Tsang This potent healing modality can be an effective part of a program aimed at breaking the pain cycle and restoring comfort in the body, particularly for those with stress-related, digestive or reproductive health issues. Clients in abdominal surgery recovery or with low back pain may also benefit from Abdominal Massage/Chi Nei Tsang.
Many of us hold tension and “undigested” life experiences in our belly, contributing to stagnation and pain. In your Chi Nei Tsang sessions I use massage, energy release points, steamed herbal poultices, gentle breath coaching and self-care eduction to help you to improve your organ functioning, supporting your overall vitality and well-being.
For your abdominal session, please were loose, comfortable clothing, such as sweatpants and t-shirts and socks, ideally no zippers and buttons.
You may experience:
Softening of tension patterns and reduction of pain
Increased awareness and aliveness of your center
Free and deeper breathing
Improved digestive ease, lymph and blood circulation
