My aim is for your sessions to have a nurturing and restorative quality. I draw from several techniques of touch and movement, among them Swedish-Esalen Massage, active engagement techniques, myofascial approaches, reflex points and energy holds. Working slowly and deliberately, I carefully sense and engage. You may be invited to collaborate by bringing your awareness to your breath or by engaging in specific slow, mindful movement and sensing changes in your body.
